You have 2 options to invite participants or to add more participants. Both Options require the original Invitation Email (Dear Friend or Colleague) that was sent to you. If this email is no longer available, then simply request it again from your History. To get a copy of your History, follow the steps in the "How do get a History of all the (Assessment or Survey) requests I have made?" question.
Option 1
Using the email that was originally sent to you when you made the initial request, you can forward this (Dear Friend or Colleague) email to anyone and ask them to click on Request Invitation to receive their personal invitation with instructions on how to proceed. If you choose this option, be sure to advise him/her what it is, why it is coming, and what you want them to do.
Option 2
Using the email that was originally sent to you when you make the initial request, you can invite participants directly. Instead of forwarding the email to them to complete, simply complete it for them. To complete it on their behalf, simply click on the "Request Invitation" link on the email and follow the instructions. If you choose this option, be sure to advise each participant that you invite why you are inviting them and what you want them to do.
Note: you can invite up to 25 participants for feedback to any assessment or up to 2,000 participants for any survey. Remember, the more feedback you get, the more accurate and reliable the final results become.
You can extend the deadline for any request(s) via your history. First hold your mouse over the Options button in the top right corner and select History. Then, enter your email address and click 'Get My History'. Next, check your email inbox - an email showing all of the requests made and reports available will be sent to you. Finally, from the available request history shown, find the request you are looking for and select the Extended Deadline option. You can extend the deadline up to 1 month after the date you initiated your feedback request. Keep in mind that your report(s) will be available after the deadline.
