Kliic lets you design and build assessments that integrate your competency requirements, focus on your goals, and address your unique business needs. The end result ... some of the most meaningful feedback you can get!

Your Design Options Incude:

  1. Brand - Add your logo to personalize the participants experience (asessments and reports).
  2. Customize - Start with your organizational competencies or use our standard competencies.
  3. Define - Target and measure specific behaviors using up to 7 levels of proficiency.
  4. Support - Pre-assign support actions (incuding web-links) to help individuals who rate poorly on any competency.
  5. Build - Create specific assessments for Executive's, Management, General Staff in Leadership, Sales, Communication, Employee Engagement, and more.
  6. Measure - Review the results of any Individual (Employee), Group or Team (i.e. Exeutive, Management), or Process (Initiative or Strategy).

Administer and Manage




You have complete control over every aspect of the administrative process!


Your Administrative Options Include:

  1. Invite - You can invite participants by sending them an email inviation directly to their email, or you can create an open invitation that allows them to invite themselves.
  2. Edit - If there was an error on a raters email which prevented them from receiving their invitation, simply edit their email address and resend the inviation.
  3. View - You decide what participants can view in their reports. If an inappropriate comment was written by a rater you can simply prevent that section from being viewed.
  4. Remind - Instantly send reminders to anyone who has not yet complete the assessment. You can even extend the deadline to allow them more time if they need.
  5. Accounts - Create unique internal accounts (business unit, area, or team) or external accounts (by organizational names or entitities).
  6. Filters - Add specific filters (i.e. Division, Department, Group) to each participant so that you can filter your consolidated reports.

  1. Individual - Each feedback recipient gets their own personalized PDF feedback report (complete with feedback from up to 21 raters).
  2. Organizatonal - Review details reports on the Organization (Assessment on Groups or Initatives) that can include up to 1000 raters or more).
  3. Consolidated - You can consolidate individual reports (by cohort, date, filters, etc.) to get a snapshot of their strengths and/or areas for improvement
